Terms and Conditions

**You must be 26 years of age or older in order to enter into a Rental Lodging Agreement with Jack Hickman Real Estate, Inc. & occupy the property for the duration of the agreement dates.  Should our staff determine that this policy has been violated in any way, said renter may have the reservation canceled with no refund.  Valid ID will be required at check in.** 

Check in time is 2:00 PM and check out is by 10:00 AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not permitted. 

By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children. 

Pets are not permitted in our rental homes unless the property has been designated “Pet Friendly”.  No more than 2 pets are permitted without the permission of the owner and additional pet deposit monies.  Should evidence of a pet be found in a home that is not a designated pet friendly, there will be a $200 forfeit of sec. deposit per pet.

All properties are non-smoking.

By booking any property online, you automatically agree to the terms set forth in the rental lodging agreement and are subject to those terms and conditions.  This applies irregardless of whether you return the signed agreement to our office.
